i like 1&3! theyre super adorable. the shoes on 2&4 are nice aswell!
OMG, the gentlemen all look great, especially the last one, so cheeky. Ah, but the ladies' shoes are a bit too strappy to carry the weight of the outfit.

I really like the flashdance sort of style the second girl has going on witht the leg warmers under tbar sandels, v.cute!

You are absolutely right, he is a friend of Kanye's His name is Chris Julian - here is a link to a write up on Kanye's page and some other pictures.
