I was at that party. The last cat is Armand Van Helden (and to Carissa, M.I.A. was there that night, too). Jules Kim of Bijules NYC is representin'. The girl with the pink hair was emceeing the event. Overall, though, these looks are weak. This kind of stuff is so prevelant in NY that it's become the norm. Boring.
